AZ Hot Sauce Lacrosse is dedicated to teaching the basic fundamentals of lacrosse and to promote the love and spirit of the game to young boys (K-8th grade) and young men (9th-12th grade) in the state of Arizona.

2001 - Started coaching at Desert Vista HS as an Assistant Coach

2002 - Became Head Coach at Desert Vista HS

2002 - Worked with the Kyrene School District and ran clinics at Alta Dena, Akimel, Centennial, Pueblo, KMS and Aprende in an effort to grow the sport and create JHS lacrosse programs. The Kyrene Warriors, Ahwatukee Storm, and the Ahwatukee Lightning were formed as a result of the clinics. Mike's assistant coaches and he coached these programs. From this core group of players, the Corona Aztecs and the Mountain Pointe Pride Varsity programs came into existence and Desert Vista had its feeder program in place.

2003-2005- Served on the AYLL Board. Served as Secretary in 2005. Wrote the Varsity Lacrosse Schedule for two seasons.

2007- Stepped down as the Head Coach of the Varsity and Middle School programs after the birth of his third son. Under his direction, Desert Vista HS made the playoffs every season and the number of kids playing lacrosse in Ahwatukee and the Kyrene School District grew form 35 in 2001 to approximately 200 in 2007.

2013- Assisted Mike Dale with the Ahwatukee K-5 program.

2015 - President of AZ Chapter of US Lacrosse
